A CNC turning center known for its precision and rigidity. Suitable for both low and high production environments of steels and alloys, where surface finish is critical.

• High-Torque Gearhead Spindle: Delivers up to 74.5 kg·m (≈539 ft-lb) of torque with spindle speeds up to 4,000 RPM, thanks to the robust built-in gearbox.
• Well-Sized Bar Capacity & Thru-Spindle: 3.46″ spindle through-hole and 3.07″ drawbar capacity, along with a large front bearing (Ø120 mm), enable heavy and large-diameter bar work.
• Fast & Rigid Turret: A 12-station servo-driven turret with absolute indexing and curvic coupling ensures fast, precise tool changes.
• High-Speed Motion: Rapid traverse rates are 15 m/min (≈591 ipm) on the X-axis and 20 m/min (≈787 ipm) on the Z-axis.
• Programmable Tailstock: Tailstock quill movement is controlled via M-code and features hydraulic engagement with the saddle for streamlined workpiece support.
• Operator-Friendly Design: Includes front-mounted hydraulic gauges, central lubrication system with low-oil alarm, full enclosure, and straightforward access for maintenance.
